Presidential Buffet

Choose four appetizers, three entrees from either group and two side dishes. It will be served with a
salad bar and rolls. We will also include an assortment of dessert bars and brownies. $25.00
(A savings of $5.00 per person)

Outdoor BBQ Picnic

We will set up our six foot grill and cook right on site for you and your guests.

Hamburgers • Chicken Breasts • Hot Dogs • Bratwurst

Four different cold pastas and all the condiments and assorted bag of chips.
$10.00 per person

All buffets are provided with heavy duty paper plates, plastic silverware and napkins. We will arrive 45
minutes early to your event to set up the entire buffet. Depending on the size of your event
we usually provide one staff member to make sure everything is taken care of properly.

China Plates and Silverware • $2.00 per person
Glassware would have to be rented

Linens are provided for the food tables. Any extra linens that are requested are $5.00 per linen. Two
week notice required.

Bartenders can be provided at your event for $10.00 per hour plus gratuity.

Servers and Bussers can also be provided to add additional service to your event at $9.00 per hour plus
gratuity. Adding servers and bussers allows your Guests to relax and be catered in an elegant fashion.
